Today's Flowers

My orchids suffered a bit from our house move last September - moved twice in the space of three months and fairly neglected during that time. They usually flower from January to August - however, this one began flowering in March and the others have now got flower shoots forming, so I remain hopeful!

Thanks to Luiz, Denise, Laerte and Sandy who host Today's Flowers. To look at more beautiful and unusual flowers from all over the world, please click here.

Very nice orchids. I usually go to a place quite close to where I live: The Orchid Farm. They have lots and lots and lots of different orchids and is absolutely beautiful!

I love orchids, and I admire those that can grow them! I hope all of your beauties recover from the constant bit of moving and with all the love I'm sure you pour into them, I can see them doing just that...Happy Mother's Day!

They look fine to me!

It is strange that I have 2 pots of orchids and that the only place they are happy to be in is the spare room, in the window.
No one ever gets to see them close up.

I love the white orchid, - wish I had the patience and the green thumb to grow this beautiful exotic plant.
