I visited Adelaide Zoo earlier this year with my 8 year old grandson and he borrowed my camera to take these shots.

He did quite well for an 8 yr. old photographer! :-) These are great. Thanks for participating in Watery Wednesday. Sorry about the Mr. Linky problem. I'm hoping everyone will use the comments as a list of everyone who is participating.

He has a natural flair, doesn't he? A professional photographer of the future!

I can see your grandson is a budding photographer Anne. He took some great photos. I love those seals.

Tell your grandson "Well done!" (applauding with palms held like seal flippers)

Thanks to you all for your kind comments. I think he did well too, of course. He has his own camera but didn't have it with him that day. He is very keen on wildlife of all kinds and loves David Attenborough's programmes.

He's very good. It's nice he shows an interest in taking photos and they're precious memories too.
