Watery Wednesday

I took this photo from a window last week when we still had some snow and ice about. Click on picture for more detail.

and this one was taken last August. Haven't seen the frogs or the newts yet this year but I'm sure they are about as I keep seeing a slight movement and bubbles in the pond.

Great shots ... I had to hunt for the water, but you framed it nicely.

Impressive photos Anne, the one with the robin and the water droplets is awesome and the one with the frogs is smashing. I enlarged both to get the best effect.

What a sweet picture of the bird setting on the branch. I bet he is hoping for an early spring. =) Hope you have a wonderful week.

Great photos! I think that some of our toad visitors must have arrived in our tiny pond, because our 3 cats keep sitting at the side of it, gazing into the water!

I like all the drips, and the lumps of slush in the trees (former snow)!! How I wish we were at that stage of the winter, but no such luck. I will just have to enjoy yours.

That top shot with the water droplets hanging on the branches is super. Great shot for WW.

I have to admit, I have never met a newt! But I do get plenty of frogs around here, clinging to the window screens for dear life.
