Getting Organised - Part 2

Following on from yesterday's post I have begun making lists and actually did a bit of Christmas shopping today. This week I shall make the cakes that I want to give this year. Last year, with the house move and being away for a month just before Christmas I made none so I really would like to make up for it this year.

So I have made a start!

Good for you. I was so late with my cards and presents last year, that this time I am determined to get everything out on time. I have already sent off a pile of overseas Christmas cards and wrapped a few small parcels to send overseas today. I shall be glad to get them down to the post office this afternoon.

This is a great start! Sometimes it's helpful to have a reason to start early...even if it is a bit frustrating.

I started too and feel good about it. I am always always late at getting parcels in the post to send back to England and feel terrible when they don't have them Christmas morning. Not this year!
Good luck. X

Little by little Anne - everything you do is a step along the way and it makes you feel so good and virtuous and and happy to be accomplishing stuff - you are on the right track! Good luck.

I hope you will be able to get everything done in time, but by the sound of it you're on schedule!

Good for you!!!
Will you come be organized for me?
I am going to really have to work up the Christmas spirit this year...usually, all I have to do is think of my little grandbabies and I become motivated!!!
;^)
Enjoy!

Yes, getting organised in these circumstances is very important, isn't it. I hope you're mum will be okay and take advantage of having you look after her.
